Chris is one of the founding members of our company and has been here since 1993. So don’t let his baby face fool you. Behind those dimples is a crafty veteran with proven experience, insight and leadership.
As our longest tenured person, Chris has held a number of roles and led a number of teams. He’s a member of our Strategy Council, leads our Business Strategy, Innovation and Transformation Services globally and is responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships as well as driving strategy and technology related mergers and acquisitions. He’s also been one of four managing directors within our North American business.
But that’s not all. Chris has also overseen our Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Government Services and Travel industry groups and had global responsibility for managing our Omni-Channel Commerce and Customer Engagement Platform Practice – which he established in 2004. He also launched a managed service business for the delivery of commerce and content management solutions “as a service”. He was responsible for developing global strategic partnerships with IBM, Oracle/ATG, SAP/hybris, Demandware, Adobe, SDL, HP, Sitecorp, Amazon, Salesforce.com and many others.
But despite all his roles, one thing has stayed the same: Chris has always helped grow our business and lead our culture. He’s frequently called upon to lend his insights on the evolving worlds of retail and commerce by top tier publications. In addition, he regularly speaks at investor and industry analyst conferences such as the Wells Fargo Technology Conference and the Forrester Customer Experience Forum. And last but not least, in 2011, Chris was elected as an inaugural member of the 15-member Board of Directors of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
